Cha Do-hyeon is a shaman who was turned into a fortune-telling dog named Chacha because of a curse laid by a fellow shaman.

He is picked up by Jin-hui, a webtoon Writer who was out for a walk. That night, Do-hyeon’s deity, the General, appears to him in a dream with a way to break his curse: “Find the seven marbles hidden throughout the seven seas of Busan!”

Jin-hui promises to help Do-hyeon lift his curse, and the two head to Songdo Beach for the first step in their journey···.
