Korean beef smooth tripe and small intestines are marinated in homemade sesame oil and marinade, and then grilled over charcoal. The smooth tripe, and small and large intestines are all of high quality, and the seasoning complements the flavors perfectly. The seasoning sauce is Gyeongsang-do style, made by mixing red pepper powder and starch syrup. The smooth-tripe fried rice is also delicious.
