Autumn, a season that feels even more precious because there's so little time to enjoy it.
To help you make the most of this precious autumn season, Visit Busan presents four destinations where you can experience the essence of autumn.
Embrace the season of foliage and camping with our carefully selected recommendations for Busan’s top attractions.
Woody Brook
Street cats in harmony with the autumn landscape
Come enjoy the fall colors and say hello to the cats at Woody Brook, a big forest café in Hakjang-dong, Sasang-gu, Busan. You can relax and enjoy the beauty of nature here!
The space has a different appeal each season: cherry blossoms in spring, lush forests in summer, and colored leaves in fall.
Woody Brook is spacious, with two floors, a rooftop, and an outdoor garden. It’s a magical café where you can hear the sound of the valley water and admire the well-maintained garden.
Inside, the big windows let in lots of sunlight and make you feel like you’re right in the middle of nature. Another great attraction is the mountain view, which offers a unique opportunity to experience the changing seasons.
Just a quick note: It’s a no-kids zone, so only high school students and above are allowed. Also, it’s a no-pets zone, so pets aren’t allowed, either.
Outside, you’ll find some adorable stray cats. It’s like a cat’s paradise, and you’ll be able to enjoy some peaceful moments, making eye contact with these cute furry friends.
Please note that you can stay in the café for up to three hours.

DOMOHEON
A great place to better yourself in autumn months
DOMOHEON is a space that connects Busan’s past and future in a special way. The former Busan Mayor’s Residence has been remodeled into an open space for the public for walking, relaxation, and intellectual exchange.
The building has a lounge, a lecture hall, a meeting room, a multi-purpose space, a conference room, a shared office, and a children’s space named Deullak Nallak. The idea is to facilitate access to cultural programs and collaborations between local artists and entrepreneurs.
In addition to the wonderful facilities, there are also high-quality programs. Check out the website for more information on the programs!
Outside the DONOHEON building, you’ll find Sosopung Garden stretched wide and trails. The Sosopung Garden is a public garden created by a public institution, so it’s open for citizens to visit and enjoy a picnic. In autumn, you can enjoy the refreshing breeze and the rustling of leaves in the Sosopung garden. A simple picnic in this idyllic setting comes highly recommended.
The first floor of DOMOHEON is home to the Domoheon Branch of Momos Coffee, Busan’s top coffee brand. After you’ve had a picnic or attended a program at DOMOHEON, you can relax and enjoy coffee and sweets here.
Visit DOMOHEON, a place where you can relax, connect, and brainstorm new ideas to shape Busan’s future together!

Camping BBQ Clouds
The perfect setting for a sunny autumn day of camping and relaxation
Longing for the camping vibe but not up for a full outdoor adventure? Head to the Camping BBQ Clouds for a barbecue party!
Camping BBQ Clouds is located in Jeonggwan-eup, Gijang-gun, Busan. Camping tents are arranged in a "ㄷ" shape on a spacious artificial grass field. For families with children or dogs, it's a safe place where you can watch them play on the grass from the tents.
Right next to the tents is a canteen stocked with everything from meat and alcohol to instant noodles, sweets, and more. One of the best features of the canteen is the 'self-bar', where you can help yourself to simple side dishes, vegetables, and sauces to pair with your meat. It's the best of both worlds: the camping vibe with the convenience of a meat restaurant. Each tent is fully equipped with air conditioning, ventilation, and seating for up to eight people, allowing you to enjoy the barbecue in comfort.
The roof is also beautifully decorated with picnic chairs and a simple shade, creating a perfect spot to unwind after your meal. Enjoy a romantic break on the rooftop, relaxing in a picnic chair and taking in the view.
Camping BBQ Clouds has different opening hours on weekdays, weekends, and public holidays. Please see the information below and make a reservation in advance!

Cheonseong Port Open Air Campground
Perfect weather, real camping!
Check out the Cheonseong Port Open Air Campground in Gadeokdo Island, the perfect camping spot to enjoy the peaceful fall weather!
Here, you can forget the hustle and bustle of everyday life and heal in nature. It’s also a great place to enjoy the sunset and mulmeong, or zoning out while staring into the water.
The best camping spots are the parking lots in front of CU and 7-Eleven convenience stores, which are conveniently located near restrooms.
However, it’s best to leave early in the morning to get a good spot, especially in front of the streetlights that provide light and safety at night.
The best thing about camping at Cheonseong Port is the picturesque seascape right in front of you. There’s no better place to space out while staring into the water! You can park and camp, with the sea as your backdrop, and enjoy the beauty of nature.
A walk along the port will take you to the breakwater, a popular fishing spot. You can enjoy the stunning scenery and watch people fishing as you stroll.
A great camping trip cannot be complete without delicious food. However, there are no cooking facilities or sinks at Cheonseong Port, so it’s recommended that you come prepared or come for a simple visit. You can use charcoal grills on the gravel, so bringing your own barbecue supplies is a good idea. There aren’t many restaurants nearby, and there’s no delivery service, so it’s best to buy what you need at a convenience store.
In addition, there is the former Japanese artillery cave nearby in Daehang Port, so why not explore it on your camping trip?
Enjoy the crisp autumn breeze and sunset in the beautiful nature and have a special healing time!
