From June 16 to 18, a special event was held around the Suyeonggang River. The Busan Ocean Healing Program and nighttime LED kayak were held at APEC Naru Park along the Suyeonggang River, adding vitality to the area.
The Busan Ocean Healing Program is operated on a rotational basis at Imnang Beach, Ilgwang Beach, Songjeong Beach, Haeundae Beach, Gwangalli Beach, Songdo Beach, Dadaepo Beach, APEC Naru Park, and Amir Park in Yeongdo.
The Busan Ocean Healing Program, where you can heal your body and mind while enjoying the various charms of Busan's nature, is also held from April to June and September to October in 2023. The space in the lush forest of APEC Naru Park, right next to the Suyeonggang River, is perfect for the program. The park is a green resting place in the middle of the city with beautiful forest trails.
We gathered under the shade created by the trees in the green forest and conducted a yoga program as part of the Busan Ocean Healing Program. Even though it was a program that ran from early in the morning, many people actively participated. Practicing yoga while breathing in the cool breeze and clear air and listening to the chirping of birds was a comfortable healing time for everyone.
After the yoga program, the Nordic walking program began. It refers to walking using a stick that looks like a ski pole, and it is in the limelight as an exercise that anyone can enjoy. Perhaps that is why the people who visited the Busan Ocean Healing Program on the day were very diverse in gender and age.
Nordic walking, which can be done anytime, anywhere, such as playgrounds, parks, beaches, forest trails, and dulle trails, looks very easy at first glance, but the posture is more challenging than expected. Nordic walking, which allows you to walk with the proper posture and exercise your whole body, is very beneficial for your health if you get used to it. After walking for an hour in the forest where the cool breeze blew, our bodies and minds felt lighter. We were able to experience Nordic walking for a short time and spend time focusing on maintaining good posture.
Unfortunately, we couldn't experience it on the day we visited due to a schedule conflict, but there is also a singing bowl meditation program.
The singing bowl has been used as an instrument for meditation and healing for about 2,500 years and is the oldest healing tool that is becoming popular worldwide. You can enjoy healing in nature while looking at the sea and river in Busan.
As the sun slowly went down, the Sunset Pilates program was held. Learning Pilates with a professional instructor while appreciating the scenery slowly turning purple in the forest was a perfect healing time to relax the body and mind. Using simple tools such as rings and loops, we were able to focus on improvement in our body flexibility and muscle growth.
In the evening, we met special experiential tourism that can be enjoyed around the Suyeonggang River, Starry Suyeonggang LED Kayak Experience. This event attracted a lot of attention and was well-received because it is a unique experience that anyone can safely enjoy in the Suyeonggang River.
After receiving water safety training, the participants had a great time riding the LED-equipped kayak and navigating the Suyeonggang River. The LED kayak experience, which anyone could enjoy safely thanks to lifeguards deployed throughout, provided a happy time for everyone.
Spend an amazing time healing your body and mind in Busan, where you can enjoy the river and the sea in the city center.
