Like something out of Harry Potter, Mandi is a cafe in Busan with a mysterious atmosphere.

The name of the café Mandi is said to come from the Gyeongsangnam-do dialect of 'sanmandi', meaning 'mountain ridge', which also means that the café is located on top of a mountain. Whether you walk or drive up, you'll need to be prepared for a steep climb, but the views of the forest are worth it!

Thanks to its mountaintop location, Café Mandi has an unobstructed view, with no buildings or even telegraph poles in the way. Part of the beauty of the view is the tranquil, dreamy interior of Café Mandi, which blends in with the surrounding landscape. From the main gate which gives the illusory impression of entering the secret world of Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry in the films, to the dark wood, brick and warm lighting inside, no matter where you stand in the café, you'll feel like you're in a photo zone. There are also fun little tricks to add to the mystique, such as a wall that looks like a closed door, but is actually a movable bookcase that opens into another room.

Café Mandi is a large café spread over three floors. The first and second floors are indoors, perfect for quietly enjoying the view when it's drizzling, and the third floor is an outdoor rooftop, perfect for enjoying nature when it's not raining. There is also outdoor seating outside the cafe and a glass conservatory, so you can choose according to the weather or your preference.

The park is dog friendly, making it a great place to enjoy the outdoors with your furry friend. However, please note that the cafe requests that dogs be kept on a leash or in a bag indoors.
